11月30日，中非贸促会会长、坦桑尼亚华飞新能源电动车有限公司董事长、坦桑尼亚华飞新能源光电科技有限公司董事长秦金玮应邀到坦桑尼亚AKIBA银行同行长西尔维斯特·阿鲁马西，米考嵌尼分行行长约翰妞娃，坦桑尼亚基农多尼CCM党主席马萨西进行了会谈。就华飞新能源产业落户坦桑尼亚，相互合作支持地方经济发展，解决百姓购车贷款、屋顶光伏发电贷款达成了合作意向。

秦金玮介绍说，华飞新能源落户坦桑尼亚，我们把中国改革开放40年发展经验，新能源产业发展20年的经验带到非洲带到坦桑尼亚，主要是让老百姓家里有电用、用电不花钱，余电上网还有收入。让银行有潜在的贷款用户，确保贷款资金回收。让政府少投资又解决用电难的问题，同时减少了二氧化碳的排放，保护了生态环境。
